Withdrawals were smooth and support replied whenever I needed help. Trading conditions are fair for me.

Using ECN account along with copy trading
Opened an ECN account after my account manager suggested it and started copy trading. The low spreads really helped, and support has been fine so far.

Top platform
I was always a bit suspicious about web traders because I’ve seen many that weren’t great. MetaQuotes already has solid software, so I didn’t see a reason to change at first. But the iFOREX platform is different — they really did a good job with it. Cheers.
